5 KONG Toys For Puppies
When Diesel was a puppy, he had a few KONG toys that were his absolute favorite. To this day he still loves to play with the adult dog versions of them. With Annie, we knew those products would be must-haves, but we also wanted to try something new. Today’s Puppy 101 blog post features 5 KONG toys for puppies that will help with teething, boredom, crate training and of course fun!
1. KONG Classic Puppy
The KONG Classic Puppy is by far Annie’s favorite toy (when it’s filled with peanut butter of course ha!). We use this toy for crate training, teething and to help prevent boredom.

2. KONG Teething Stick Puppy
We had never tried the KONG teething stick with Diesel and are so glad we did with Annie! It’s a nice way to switch things up and it still helps with everything mentioned above. The only difference between the KONG teething stick and the KONG Classic is that there are little ridges for filling and chewing and a smaller center that you cannot fill as deep vs. the wider KONG Classic.
3. KONG Wubba Puppy
If you’ve been following me for quite some time then you know that Diesel LOVES his wubba toys. The wubba was his favorite toy as a puppy and it was no surprise to us when Annie loved hers too!
The KONG Wubba toy is a great tug of war toy, chew toy and more. With a built-in squeaker in the head + dangling rope arms at the bottom, this toy is built for endless fun!
4. KONG Flyer Puppy
The KONG flyer puppy toy is their frisbee, only the cool thing is it’s not a super hard plastic material, but their soft puppy teething rubber. We had fun trying this out with Annie at our apartment complex’s dog park. Even though she couldn’t catch it (which we didn’t expect her to) it was so fun watching her try! She just loved running around the dog park while carrying her flyer!

5. KONG Goodie Bone
Last but not least is the KONG goodie bone! This toy allows you to add in tons of filling PLUS cool treats at the ends like their KONG Puppy Snacks or your favorite dog treats! We’ve used this as another option for crate training and helping prevent boredom throughout the day while I’m working at home.
