Christmas Decorating + Traditions

Happy Wednesday!
Chandler and I have been living together for two years and I have always found it hard to decorate our apartment. I have never been able to decorate a home that is “temporary” unless it’s for a holiday like Christmas. I can’t wait to be in a more permanent home so that I can go all out! Haha!
Today I wanted to share with you how we decorated our home for the holidays. This year, Diesel got his own stocking from Bowkey Works, and my aunt found the most perfect pillows for our couch!
The first photo shares a tradition Chandler and I started last year, an ornament exchange. We thought it would be fun to get each other a new ornament each year that we think fits the other person. We haven’t done it yet this year, but I think we’re going to this weekend!
Chandler’s grandmother, Mimi, gave this to me and it is so accurate!
Since I was little, I have always loved advent calendars. My mom always had really cute ones that would have some Christmas themed image behind each door. Last year I found this adorable one from Target. Every day we move the moose! ☺️
Now that Diesel is a year old, we finally told him what Mistletoe was and as you can tell he liked it! He even got a kiss in before Chandler!
