Tone It Up App Review

Happy Thursday!

How are all of my Tone It Up girls doing with the TIU21 fall challenge?! The second round started today and I know that everyone is slayingggg their workouts! As most of you know, Tone It Up recently launched their studio Tone It Up app. Who has tried it?!

I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first. I used to have the old app and when I saw that the new app cost $12.99 a month I was like wait what?! But then I thought about it and realized that if you think about it, that’s probably the cheapest gym membership EVER! Which is awesome! Plus, this isn’t just any regular gym membership. This is the Tone It Up community, filled with amazing and inspiring women from all over the world!

So I thought, what the heck, let’s do the 7 day free trial and if I’m not completely sold I won’t get it. Of course I was sold!!! I have to tip my hat to Tone It Up because this app literally has everything. On the home page of the app you see the next available studio class, your daily toning moves, and daily inspiration from Karena & Katrina!

When you hit the menu button on the side, you have the option to go to the studio, on demand or your profile. The studio has a different workout every day and all you have to do is select what time you want to do your class. The studio has classes each hour and they really do go all 24 hours! Also, when you’re in a class, you’re able to chat with everyone who’s currently in the class with you! I loved this feature because it really allows you to talk with other TIU members and you’ll be surprised how small the world is when you meet someone from the same state like I did on my first day of trying a studio class!

Note: Make sure to have your sound on if you’re watching the video on your tablet or phone. Or else you won’t hear anything…lol.

If you aren’t able to do that class at one of those scheduled times (because they do start right on schedule), you can go to the on demand section and choose from any of the following: featured video (daily workout video), HIIT, booty, abs/core, total body, arms, legs, cardio, sculpt strength, kickboxing and kettlebell! So. Many. Options!!!

Long story short, I definitely recommend getting the app!
