Hello boss babes!

I have been obsessed with Freeform’s newest show, The Bold Type. If you haven’t seen it, this series is based on life at Cosmopolitan magazine and features three millennial women who are just trying to make it in their careers at their dream job, Scarlett Magazine. This show inspires and empowers me so much every time I watch it because each girl is a different side of me.

Kat – She speaks up for herself and for what she believes is right.

Sutton – She has incredible determination to get her dream job in fashion.

Jane – She is willing to take risks, even if that means stepping away from her safety net.

I’m not sure if this show will air for a second season, but I really hope it does. I feel like I can take on the world after every episode and the issues this show talks about are real and current to every woman in the world.

The name of this show, The Bold Type is so fitting. We should all strive to be bold, and hard working, and badass because, well, WE ARE! Sometimes I think we forget how amazing we all really are and the potential we have for ourselves and our lives.

Today, I want you to know that you are going to absolutely rock it. I know you’re going to ace that exam, finish that presentation, kill it at that board meeting, and of course, get that promotion and recognition you’ve been working towards for a long time. I see your potential and so does everyone else.
