Weekly Round Up
Happy Friday!
What is everyone up to this weekend?! This weekend is a pretty easy going one for Chandler and I. Chandler’s working tomorrow and I’ll be at the barn on Sunday which is always fun. I love tomatoes! They’re definitely my favorite. I mean, they’re the staple to marinara sauce, a.k.a. spaghetti haha! Any who, Love and Lemons shared this recipe for a Roasted Cheery Tomato Herbed Couscous Salad on her blog this week that looks amazing. I could totally see this for a fun summer cookout or dinner party!

Yesterday some really sad news was announced. The great Aretha Franklin sadly passed away yesterday. Growing up, my mom and aunt always listened to Aretha and it wasn’t until I was a little older that I truly appreciated/liked her music. She will always be a legend in everyone’s hearts and minds!
