Get To Know My Trainer: Savanna

I have been wanting to do this post for quite some time now. However, Savanna and I’s schedules are polar opposites, we haven’t been able to meet up in forever just to take a photo together! Today I wanted to introduce you to this incredible woman who is responsible for my weekly workouts. Savanna and I met in college and have been friends ever since. She’s that person where even if you don’t see each other for a while, you can still pick up and have a great time together which is what I love!
Through Savanna’s workouts I have already seen so much progress and I love the ongoing support from her. What I love most, is that my workout is customized towards my body and what it can do.
