Horseware Ireland Horseback Riding Outfit

Today is a new week with new goals, challenges, and beginnings…let’s do this! 🙂 I’m very excited to share another horseback riding outfit on the blog today. This entire look is from Horseware Ireland, one of my favorite brands!

This horseback riding outfit from Horseware features their Aveen Half Zip Tech Top in navy and grey and their riding tights in black.
When I first started riding, I thought everyone was crazy for wearing long sleeves. Of course at the time I didn’t know the type of material their tops were made from as well as the reasoning behind them. If you thought the same thing when you started riding I’m here to explain!
Since riders spend so much time in the sun, the long sleeves are there to protect our arms from the UV rays. Many horseback riding tops feature mesh or another breathable feature on the sleeves or other parts of the top to make the top more lightweight. In addition to this, the tops are made of a sweat-wicking material to help keep you cool during your ride!
The Aveen Half Zip Tech Top from Horseware Ireland features sweat-wicking material, mesh side panels on both sides of the shirt, and a comfortable half zip at the neck.
One of the things that I love most about this top is how soft it is! I received a handful of riding tops from Horseware that I can’t wait to share with you, and all of them were so soft! This top is thin enough to keep you cool in the warmer, summer months and also a great layering piece for fall!

Now let’s talk about these awesome riding tights from Horseware! Not sure who all knows, but the first bottoms I ever purchased were tights! I first learned to ride in leggings and so that transition was super easy! When I received these tights I was super excited and impressed with the extra details.
These tights feature:
- Sweat-wicking, antibacterial, UPF 30 fabric
- Mesh inserts
- Micro-fiber knee/inside leg patches
- Side pockets

These tights are super comfortable and the mesh design is very flattering! One of my favorite parts is the knee patches. Some of the tights that I have don’t have knee patches but more the silicone grips, which are still nice. Of course, I can’t help but love the classic knee patch.
