Spring Outfit Idea: Yellow Jumpsuit

Who else is counting down the hours until the long weekend? I know I am! I can’t wait to have some extra time on my hands to catch up on some things, enjoy some time at the barn, and work on some fun new projects! 

 

One of my favorite things about this time of year is the ability to wear one of my favorite women’s clothing types: jumpsuits! Jumpsuits and rompers have been one of my favorite pieces to wear for years now because of how quick and easy they are. So many come with details like the yellow jumpsuit I’m wearing today, where you need little to no extra effort to look cute!

  

I love wearing jumpsuits because each one is different! Jumpsuits come in so many different fabrics, lengths, and styles that work year round. They can be worn casually with a denim jacket and sandals or with a leather jacket and heels/booties! 

The yellow jumpsuit I am wearing today is from Red Dress Boutique. If you haven’t heard of this store you have to check them out!  This stripe yellow jumpsuit features cute ruffle details from the waist to your shoulders on the front and back, plus a cute bow detail sash for around the waist. I love outfits that feature details like this because they’re not too over the top but have the right amount of impact. The tie detail around the waist perfectly shows off your curves and silhouette, while the ruffle sleeve details flatter your arms and shoulders! 

Also, the vertical stripes are perfect for presenting a more elongated look. Even without my heels on I felt like I looked taller!
