My Favorite Smoothie Recipes + Simple Green Smoothies

Happy Thursday everyone!

Raise your hand if you love a good smoothie! ?‍♀️ I love almost all fruit and I love that you can create so many different flavors from hundreds of combinations!

About two years ago I discovered a company called Simple Green Smoothies. They have so many delicious recipes that fuel your body with so many different greens, fruit, and more! You can go to their site at any time and pick from so many different recipes.

Simple Green Smoothies has a few different programs such as:

  • 7-day reset
  • 21-day cleanse

I haven’t tried these two programs specifically, but I have tried their seven day green smoothie challenge! This challenge provides you with a handful of recipes and a shopping list to ensure that your green smoothie experience is as easy as possible! If I had to pick two of my favorite recipes from this challenge, it would be Beginner’s Luck and Oh Kale Yeah. Even the names of the smoothies are cute!

This introductory challenge shows you what they’re all about. After that, you can try any of the other challenges and/or buy their book! I have to say I do love the book. Before I bought it, I did rent it from my local library first just to see if it was worth the purchase. I then bought mine at Barnes and Noble! The book is filled with recipes, prepping tips and other helpful hints that I never knew!

I highly recommend trying their free kit to see what you think! I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do. I also recommend following them on social media because they post the prettiest food photos and recipes all the time!

Before I go, I have to share the recipe for one of my favorites. P.S. the recipe below is the smoothie in the photos!

Beginner’s Luck:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
1. Blend spinach and water together.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend again!
Note: Make sure to use one frozen fruit to make it cold!
