Tone It Up Detox + Fitness Resolution
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!
How is everyone feeling today?! Excited, tired, a little hungover? Haha! I know I’m feeling excited because today is the first day of the Tone It Up five day detox! Karina and Katrina created a FREE five day detox program to help you feel rejuvenated for the new year. This program gives you daily workouts, recipes and lists of the food you should have and stay away from for those five days.
What I also love about this detox plan, is that it doesn’t just focus on your physical health but also your mental health. There’s an entire section about detoxing your space. I actually started on this, this past weekend. I cleaned out my bathroom, made some progress on my closet and more. #proudofmyself haha!
The best part about this detox is it’s the perfect way to start your fitness resolution! Now, I’ll be honest, it’s going to be challenging but it’s going to feel great. I’ve never done a detox before but I’ve heard good things and I’m eager to try new things this year.
For everyone who decided to do a fitness resolution this year, I encourage you to keep it! Know that results don’t show up overnight. I have had plenty of moments where I was discouraged because I wasn’t seeing any progress. It’s taken me so many months and I am just now starting to see something and trust me it feels amazing. Fitness is a long journey but it’s always worth it. There’s nothing better than a happy, healthier you!
