I have been LOVING this season of The Bachelorette. Before the season aired I wasn’t too sure about Hannah but honestly I love her! Equestrian:
For all of my Jacksonville, Florida locals, Nemours hospital has been working with a new therapy animal named Buc, a miniature pony to bring light to their patients. Buc isn’t just any other miniature horse though. His story is one that really helps children at the hospital relate to him and he’s definitely one special guy. I’ve been seeing this article circulating around the past week or so and couldn’t agree more. I love watching the jumper classes at shows, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gasped, covered my eyes, or just gotten anxiety from watching the riders literally fly through the lower level courses. I never seem to get this anxiety during higher levels, even the Grand Prix because even though their goal is speed, they also know that the heights that they’re jumping at require extra safety. I highly recommend reading this article from Chronicle of the Horse’s website. What is your take on it?

I’ve learned in the past year that riding takes so much athletic ability. With any sport comes adequate workouts and nutrition. You can’t work out 5 days a week and eat nothing but McDonalds and expect to have a rockin’ body right? Noelle Floyd shared a great article on their website about how to fuel your body on show day. These tips and tricks also apply outside of show days as well!

My favorite blogger of all time announced that her and the infamous Barnez (lol) are expecting this fall! I was so excited when I saw the post yesterday morning that I immediately shared on my Instagram story! I know it might sound weird to say, but even though I’ve never met them, I just know they’re going to be the best, and most fun parents! Congrats to you both!
