Kerrits Affinity Aero Show Coat: Mesh Show Jacket Review

I love going to horse shows! The atmosphere, the gorgeous horses, and tons of time to hang out with my favorite people, my barn family! I started horse showing earlier this fall with Petri and knew I needed to start gathering some horse show essentials. 

Horse showing in Florida can be pretty hot most of the year, so having am equestrian show jacket that won’t make me feel like I’m having a heatstroke is so important, ha! I’ve become a huge fan of the mesh show jackets that have taken the equestrian community by storm. They look modern, fresh and help me stay cool while looking my best in the hunter ring!

Today’s review is all about one of my new favorite show jumping jackets from Kerrits, the Affinity Aero Show Coat! I’ve always loved Kerrits because of their high quality and affordable horseback riding clothing for both kids and adults. This Kerrits show coat has so many cool features that to me, really makes it stand out amongst the rest! Keep reading to learn about the cool features of this horse riding show jacket!

Feature 1: Lightweight, Four-Way Stretch Material

The Kerrits Affinity Aero Show Coat is honestly so lightweight you won’t even know you’re wearing it! And, since this mesh show jacket provides so much air flow and really moves with you, it’s a great show coat for hunter jumpers! 

I’m wearing a size medium and would say it fits true to size. It is available in black, grey (flint) and navy and I honestly want the grey one so bad! I would love to begin learning dressage in addition to jumping and I feel like the grey would be such a stunning dressage show coat!

Feature 2: Interchangeable Buttons

My second favorite feature of the Kerrits Affinity Aero Show Coat is the interchangeable buttons. This equestrian show jacket actually comes with two sets of buttons that you can change out at any time. One set features enamel logo buttons, while the other features a more subtle tone-on-tone matte logo buttons. I personally love the enamel buttons because they add a little extra pop, which I’m all for!

Feature 3: Hidden Eyelet For Number Strings

The third and probably my most favorite feature of this mesh show coat, is the hidden eyelet for your number strings. I’ve always slightly despised how it looks when your show number is just tied around your waist, ha. When I saw that Kerrits added this feature to their Affinity Aero Show Coat, I thought they were genius! 

To me, this really makes the show jumping jacket look even more elegant and creates a more clean and polished horse show look.

I can’t wait to horse show this season in my Kerrits Affinity Aero Show Coat! This mesh show jacket is a great affordable equestrian show jacket for both kids and adults who are horse showing in the warmer summer months or perhaps comes down to Florida for winter circuit at the World Equestrian Center, HITS Ocala or even WEF!
