Horse Scout Design: Personalized Horse Gifts And Dog Beds
A while back I was searching for some personalized horse gifts that would be great for my barn friends and trainer. In my search I found an amazing company called Horse Scout Design. I immediately looked through their website and saw that not only did they have personalized horse gifts, but also personalized dog beds. Being the horse girl and dog mom that I am, I was instantly excited!
Horse Scout Design has a really amazing product line called their Barn Bundle, where you can create your very own personalized and branded blankets, rugs, pillows and more. If you’ve always wanted to create a custom horse show set-up for your barn or would love your equestrian home decor to be branded to your barn, you’re going to love this!
In this post I’ll be walking through how the Barn Bundle product line works, the full customization process and how you can create your very own personalized dog beds like the ones I made for my two large dogs, Annie and Diesel!

Barn Bundle
What’s really cool about the Horse Scout Design Barn Bundle is that it really is the perfect personalized horse gift for so many different occasions. When I saw the Barn Bundle, I immediately thought, oh my gosh, this is the perfect horse trainer gift. At my barn, we always have a Christmas barn party, and every year all of us try to get together and do a surprise gift for our trainer.
Since the Barn Bundle has both indoor and outdoor products (which we’ll get into next!), you really can create the perfect horse riding gift for your barn, horse show set up, equestrian home decor for inside your home and more!
Now let’s dive into the different types of products available with the Horse Scout Design Barn Bundle!
Product Options:
The Horse Scout Design Barn Bundle has 12 different personalized horse gifts that you can create:

For my Barn Bundle, I chose two throw pillows, the outdoor round rug, weekender tote, large outdoor dog bed and the sherpa blanket! The outdoor round rug has a really great texture on the bottom that will grip to many surfaces and the fleece blanket is so soft I wanted to cuddle up in it the moment I put it on the bed!

In the next section, I’ll walk through the entire customization process, all of the options you have and how you can really create something unique and custom.
How To Customize:
After you’ve chosen the items and quantity of items that you want, you can then begin customizing!
Note: When you’re looking at the products, know that the colors on the product examples are not the only/final color options available. Your product will be matched to your logo design.
The first question you will be asked is if you have a barn logo. I luckily was able to get my barn’s logo from their website. To be honest, I was so nervous if the logo size I had would work. I didn’t know if it was too small, but everything turned out perfectly! If your barn doesn’t have a logo, Horse Scout Design has their own equestrian logo design service. Their team can create you your very own logo for $150 within one week, which I think is an incredible turn around!
After you’ve uploaded your logo or had your logo created by their team, you will receive a few different proof options that are based on the colors used in the logo. The designs can be amended if you have any changes before giving final confirmation! I’ve included one of my proofs below so that you can really see all of the amazing options their team designed for me.
Note: For any products that have more than one side (throw pillows, weekender tote), you have a few additional options with the design. You can have the design repeated on the back, different designs on each, or one side can be left blank! For my Barn Bundle, I chose to have the same design repeated on both sides of the throw pillows and weekender tote.
Barn Bundle Shipping
The full Barn Bundle process only takes about 3-5 days to complete (not including logo design if needed). Once you have chosen your final design, your items are dispatched within 5 days. The delivery is charged separately and the cost is determined per order.
If you purchased multiple items, some of the items might be packaged together, or individually, depending on the item. For me, the outdoor rug came first by itself, the dog beds all came together in two boxes and the pillows, blanket and weekender tote were packaged together in one box. I mainly share this so you don’t think you’re missing an item if not all of the items are packaged together/arrive together!
Now, let’s get into the customized dog beds. Trust me, you’re going to want to see these!
Personalized Dog Beds
As mentioned above in the Barn Bundle, I got the large outdoor dog bed. For these personalized indoor dog beds, I also chose the large size. For size reference, Annie is a cattle dog/pointer mix weighing around 80ish pounds and Diesel is a mastiff/hound mix weighing at 108 pounds and the beds fit them perfectly!
How To Customize Your Dog Bed:
After you’ve chosen the size dog bed you want (medium or large), you then move onto the personalize page. From there you can choose any color, add text, or even add images, which is the route I chose!
Since I have so many adorable photos of my dogs from doing my blog, I knew I had to showcase them on these personalized indoor dog beds.
Pro Tip: When photos are used, if they are original high resolution files, these types of files work well. If you use a photo taken on a phone, since they are a smaller size, they might work better on a smaller item (quality of the photo dependent) like a throw pillow, but on larger products like the dog beds, the image doesn’t always scale well and can become pixelated.
If you decide to choose an image, you can upload from multiple sources including your computer/phone, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, Dropbox, Google Driver and One Drive. Once uploaded, you can then move the image around to best fit the product.
Note: If the image has to be amended to fit the whole bed, their team can reduce the size of the image to fit the landscape and use a background color to fill the gaps! For these dog beds, I didn’t have to do that at all!
To be honest, I was blown away by both the Barn Bundle products and customized dog beds! Throughout the entire process, their team was so helpful, quick to respond and if I had any questions, they were ready. I really can’t recommend either of these product lines enough as they truly are such great equestrian gifts for the home, horse trainer gifts, and of course the perfect gift for your dog!
