Happy howl-i-days everybody! It’s that time of year again….Christmas shopping!! I don’t know about you, but I’m a super big procrastinator when it comes to buying gifts for Christmas or even for birthdays, ha! Since I know I’m not the only one, I wanted to not only share a bunch of awesome gift ideas for dog moms that I use all the time but also gifts that have a good chance of being here just in time for Christmas!

1. DGS Pet Dirty Dog Shammy Towel

The first gift in my gift ideas for dog moms post is the Dirty Dog Shammy Towel from Dog Gone Smart Pet Products! I actually have two of these super absorbent dog towels. I keep one at home to use as a dog bath towel or for fun summer dog pool days and one in my car for when I take my pups to dock diving classes or dog-friendly beaches! 

This microfiber dog towel actually works as a giant sponge and since it has dual hand pockets (with the cutest paw print design on them!), this dog drying towel is great for wiggle worm pups like mine who love the drying part of bath time!

2. Aquapaw Pro Pet Bathing Tool

This next gift idea for dogs moms is for everyone who is washing their dogs at home! I found an awesome dog shower attachment called the Aquapaw Pro pet bathing tool that is super helpful for making sure all of the soap and dirt is removed from your dog’s coat.

This dog shower attachment has helped bathing our dogs at home so much. Since it has an 8 ft. hose, I’m able use this pet shower sprayer tool and maneuver all around my dogs to really get them rinsed and cleaned. Plus, this also doubles as an outdoor dog shower!

2. Carlson Pet Products Dog Gate

If you’re a first time dog owner, new puppy parent or dog owner who wants to keep their pets out of certain areas in the house, a dog gate is a great gift idea for dog moms! One of my favorite dog brands, Carlson Pet Products has an amazing selection of indoor dog gates and outdoor dog gates. They even have outdoor dog gates for a deck. 

I use this tall dog gate for indoors every single day and it’s great for keeping my super curious dog Annie out of trouble when I leave to run errands. 6. DGS Pet Dirty Dog Grooming Mitt

The sixth gift idea for dog moms is also from Dog Gone Smart Pet Products! I love brushing my dog Diesel and so I knew I had to try the Dirty Dog Grooming Mitt from Dog Gone Smart Pet Products! This rubber grooming mitt for dogs is dual sided and also features their microfiber dog towel on one side. Not only do I use this grooming glove for dogs to brush Diesel, but it’s also great for slobber, ha! Plus, it can also double as a horse grooming mitt!

3. Mobile Dog Gear Dog Travel Bags

This third gift idea for dog moms is for all of my pet parents who love to travel with their dogs! One of my favorite brands, Mobile Dog Gear has an awesome selection of dog travel bags and dog travel backpacks that contain a ton of storage and helpful dog supplies to help pack all of your dog’s travel essentials!

I have a few of their dog travel bags, including their day away bag which is a great dog overnight bag for a dog-friendly hotel stay their ultimate week away dog travel backpack which has a TON of hidden storage pockets and their Week Away Dog Travel Tote which is perfect for packing for more than one dog!

I’m back with another gift idea for dog moms from Mobile Dog Gear! 7. ARCA Pet Dog First Aid Kit

This next gift idea is for my dog moms who love to go on adventures with their dogs! I’m talking camping trips, hiking trips, all the fun things! Having a dog first aid kit is so important because it could be the difference between something getting worse or better in an emergency situation. The ARCA Pet Dog First Aid Kit has over 100 pet first aid supplies inside and after comparing multiple canine first aid kits, this is my favorite emergency kit for dogs!

8. Lickimat Splash Dog Bathing Tool

Next on the list of gift ideas for dog moms is another awesome dog bathing tool from Lickimat! The Lickimat Splash is a helpful dog bathing tool that allows you to smear on your dog’s favorite treat and stick it to either your tub or bathtub tile so that your dog is entertained during bath time while you rinse and clean your dog!

This dog bathing tool is great if your dog isn’t particularly a fan of bath time because it moves their attention to something else, creating a positive experience!

9. Dog Seat Cover

Something that’s on my list to buy this year is a new dog car seat cover! Dog car seat covers are great for keeping all of your dog’s hair off your actual car seats and for protecting them from mud, dirt and water that may come from your pup’s adventures! There are honestly so many out there on the market, so I wanted to share the one that my mom has used in her Subaru for her lab and boxer mix for a few years now!

My mom has the Vailge Waterproof Dog Car Seat Cover Hammock Convertible in black and loves it. This dog car seat cover is machine washable, comes in two large sizes, is 100% waterproof and has many different ways to fit to your car seat. 

10. Dog Mobility Ramp

Another gift idea for dog moms that is on my wish list this year is this dog mobility ramp from PetSafe! If you have a senior dog or a large/extra large breed dog, having a dog mobility ramp is so helpful for their joints. I want to get one of these for Diesel so that he can walk onto our bed instead of jumping. My boy Diesel is a big, stocky 100 pound mastiff mix and since he’s starting to get a little older, I want to make sure that too much pressure isn’t being put on his joints and that he’s staying happy and healthy!

PetSafe has always been one of my favorite dog brands for pet ramps and other innovative dog products. I highly recommend checking them out!

11. Bissell AeroSlim Lithium Ion Handheld Vacuum

The last gift idea for dog moms that is also on my wish list this year is the Bissell AeroSlim Lithium Ion Handheld Vacuum! Between all of the dog hair & dirt and horse hair and dirt, I’ve been needing a cordless handheld vacuum that I can easily use to clean out my car whenever I need. I’ve always loved Bissell vacuums the most because of what they do for rescue dogs and dogs in general, and this particular cordless vacuum had a ton of positive reviews along with a great price point! 

Hopefully Santa Paws is reading this and will leave it under my Christmas tree, ha!

12. Sprinkle & Sweep Pet Floor Cleaner

The next must-have pet parent essential is the Sprinkle & Sweep Pet Floor Cleaner! This company is changing the game with their non-toxic, dog safe floor cleaner. Sprinkle and Sweep has multiple products including their original Sprinkle & Sweep powder and their Stain & Odor Spray! 

What’s cool about the original Sprinkle and Sweep product, is that all you have to do is sprinkle a little bit on top of your pet’s mess (throw up, urine, you name it!), grab your sweeper kit and brush it into a little ball and throw it away! 13. PetSafe Happy Ride Dog Car Ramp

Since I have two large dogs, one item that has been a lifesaver for me is a dog ramp for my SUV! Getting a dog ramp for large dogs is a really helpful tool for many reasons like:

  • Helps them get into the car as they age (develop arthritis, hip dysplasia, etc.)
  • Helps them get into cars of different heights (this is a great dog ramp for trucks!)

I have the PetSafe Extra Long Happy Ride Telescoping Dog Ramp. I love this ramp in particular because of it’s durable, heavy duty aluminum material, it’s weight capacity of 300 pounds, and it can extend 47-87 inches.

14. Fellow Living Waterproof Pet Blanket

One of my favorite everyday dog essentials is this Waterproof Pet Blanket from Fellow Living. I was able to meet the co-founder of the company, Chelsea from the Wear Wag Repeat Society and knew I had to try out her product! Chelsea designed this product with her sweet dog Archie in mind.
